Customers are responsible for accurate account and order information. Some digital operations rely on IDs, usernames, regions, servers or links and may become non-reversible once execution begins.
Prices are primarily maintained in SAR. Other currencies may be displayed for convenience. Manual transfer receipts require review and may be rejected if unclear or inconsistent.
Wallet balances are used within Sadara. Internal coins are reward units rather than cash or an investment product.
Execution times are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed. Delays can result from payment review, missing information, supplier availability or external platform changes.
Social media services depend on third-party platforms and do not guarantee business revenue, sales or organic reach.
Digital items already delivered or non-reversible services already started may have limited cancellation options under the refund policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Fraud, forged receipts, malicious files, unauthorized access attempts and other unlawful use are prohibited. Third-party game and platform brands belong to their respective owners.
